What Personal Information Tainted Outlaw collects

Tainted Outlaw only collects personal information when an order has been placed with ourselves. 

This includes the following information supplied by the customer:

• Customer Name (Provided with the order details)
• Shipping Address (Provided with the order details)
• Contact Details (Provided with the order details)
• Email address (Provided with the order details)

This information is given so that order between yourself "The Customer" and ourselves "Tainted Outlaw" Can be processed and orders shipped out.

No other information is required by Tainted Outlaw and any further information provided is done on the customers own actions,.

Tainted Outlaw DOES NOT hold, access or view any payment details provided by the customer. These are all processed through a Third-party secure payments site for which Tainted Outlaw has no access to.

Tainted Outlaw likewise will not accept under any circumstances customers providing their payment details directly to ourselves. These MUST be provided to our payment partners ONLY.

All orders and shipping information will be kept for a period of 3 months after which time this information will be disposed of inline with GDPR Guidelines.

• Exclusions to this would be if an item or delivery is disputed thereby maintaining the relationship between the customer and the ourselves the retailer "Tainted Outlaw"

Should further orders be placed by the customer this will be treated as a new interaction and the three months process will begin again only for this order.
