Welcome to Tainted Outlaw. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time., without notice  It is important that you please read before making an online purchase at Tainted Outlaw. 

General

 If you have any questions about any of our products, delivery, or any other questions not covered within our Terms and Conditions please contact ourselves, using the contact us form on this website. Where we will endevour to answer you question as soon as we are able to.

Tainted Outlaw reserves the right to  to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop.

Tainted Outlaw uses our own designs and printing when providing your with your products. All items are hand printed by us and sent directly to you the customer with information on how to care for your product. To ensure that you get the most wear out of this item, including washing, drying and ironing instructions.

Tainted outlaw will not accept responsibility for items that are damaged or defaced by ignoring the instructions provided , regardless of the reason.

Customers are also responsible for ensure that the items that they have ordered are correct in size and colour . Tainted Outlaw cannot be held responsible for items order by mistake from the customer.

Any attempts at fraud will be reported directly to the police, in all cases. Should the order still be outstanding with ourselves (Tainted Outlaw) this order will be placed on Hold until we are informed by the appropriate authorities on how so proceed. This measure is taken to ensure that customers and Tainted Outlaw are not the victims of fraud.

Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by Royal Mail First Class postage in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked postage for overseas. (Should this not be possible the customer will be informed of the courier and the method of tracking). Orders will ONLY be sent to the address provided at the time of ordering and can NOT be amended once the order has been completed.

All items ordered before 12 noon are shipped out that day

Delivery time and shipping fee
Deliver for Royal Mail 1st Class is an Estimated  1-2-working days, international order may take considerably longer, depending on shipping country. All T-Shirt orders for the UK are Free shipping and will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class post, other orders for the UK including Hoodies and Sweaters may incur an extra delivery charge that will be present upon checkout.

International orders will all have a shipping fee that will vary depending upon the delivery country, this will be available upon checkout, along with any extra import charges that may be applied by the receiving company

Undeliverable Orders

Any order that are unbelievable by Royal Mail or Overseas Couriers, will be returned to Tainted Outlaw. These items will be retained by ourselves until a correct deliverable address is provided and a delivery fee and admin charge is paid, for the re-delivery. We remind customers that they are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address is provided at the time of ordering.

Customs and import fees
Customers are responsible for any and all customs and import fees to your selected shipping country. We strongly advise customers to make sure you understand what rules and fees that may apply to the receiving country.

Payment
All payments are made through our secure 3rd-Party payment partners. Tainted Outlaw has no access to the information provided to these companies and will not send items out until full payment has been revived by ourselves.

Tainted Outlaw also reserves the right to cancel any orders, including those where payment by the customer has been made. In these cases Tainted Outlaw will refund fully the customers payments

Returns and Refunds

Should your item arrive damaged or defaced in any way Tainted Outlaw requires that you contact us no later than  7 days with photographic evidence oi the damage occurred to the item, at which time arrangements will be made to have the item replaced for the customer, with as little delay as possible.

Tainted Outlaw will accept returns of items up to 30 days from the date of purchasing, however items will be returned at the customers own cost, (except where the items has been damaged upon arrival). Should a customer require a replacement one will be sent out once the original item has been received and checked, refunds will also only be issued after the item has been received and checked.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• Returned with original packaging
• Have their return agreed with Tainted Outlaw before sending
• Be within the 30 days of ordering, unless otherwise agreed with Tainted Outlaw

Should items be returned outside of these rules Tainted Outlaw will not provide a refund or replacement and the original item will only be returned to the customer upon payment of a delivery fee.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or any of our items are not how expected, please contact us as soon as possible, where we will try our best to resolve this issue for you or provide a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Tainted Outlaw requests that all communication between yourself "The Customer" and Tainted Outlaw "The Retailer" is done via our website and email services. Tainted Outlaw will not accept communication outside of these avenues, for any reason.
